Emergency

• Heat not working

• Major water leak

• Electricity outage

• Clogged toilet (in units with one restroom)

• Locked out (tenant of unit)

• Gas smell

• Carbon monoxide detector sounding

Non-emergency

• A/C not working

• Slow, dripping leak

• One outlet or group of outlets out

• Clogged toilet (in units with two restrooms)

• Locked out (family / friend / pet sitter of tenant)
